In my opinion, taking care of our emotional wellbeing should be considered as important as our food choices. The ‘perfect’ diet will not be perfect if we’re holding onto anger, sadness, frustration, or resentment for long periods of time and if to this we add a diet high in processed foods, sugar and refined flour, it's not a stretch of the imagination to see how those emotions can be exasperated, leaving us feeling empty and spent.
My coaching programs take into consideration the mind, body and soul, taking you through energy techniques, such as meditation, visualisation EFT Meridian tapping and breathing, teaching you the fundamentals (and way more) of a plant-based diet, covering everything from sprouting to fermenting, to making plant-based cheese and milk, to dehydrating your own crackers, and assisting you on your spiritual journey to your becoming your true authentic self.
When energy techniques and mindfulness are combined with the consumption of wonderful, high-frequency foods from the plant kingdom, especially an abundance of raw fruits and vegetables, live sprouts, freshly cut homegrown micro-greens and cultured vegetables rich in beneficial probiotics, we raise our vibrational frequency, we experience more clarity and we start feeling lighter both physically and mentally.
The Quick Fix
90-minute Consultation This single 90-minute Zoom call is ideal for people who have made the transition to a plant-based or vegan lifestyle already but are still unsure of whether or not they’re getting everything that’s needed nutritionally. We will go over your lifestyle questionnaire and food diary, zeroing in on any lacks or excesses. This is useful if you're eating plant-based or vegan but can't lose weight. Let's take a peak at your lifestyle and food intake.
6-week Wellness Discovery & Breakthrough
This ‘short’ but intense program is ideal for people who want to make changes but can’t commit to one of the longer programs. You will learn the basics of a whole food, plant-based lifestyle, mindfulness, EFT & meditation.

During this 12-week period, you will have time to recreate your lifestyle and reprogram limiting beliefs and other issues that may be blocking you in your life. You will learn the benefits of meditation, gratitude, EFT Meridian Tapping and mindfulness in general. The 7 hours of sessions in this bespoke program will give us time to work on your goals and also cover all the different aspects of a plant-based lifestyle; from plant-based basics to making your own plant-based milks and sprouts. However, since this isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ program we can use the coaching sessions however you wish. They will be tailored to your personal needs. This program is a beautiful gift to the body and soul! A gift to yourself or to a loved one!

However, since this isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ program and your needs may well change over the course of this 6-month period, we can use the coaching sessions however you wish.
