A Wellness Coach is a well-informed health promoter and educator, who provides her client with guidance and support in the many different areas of health coaching, such as behaviour modification, emotional support and nutrition education.
"I'll start next week..."
Most of us already have some idea of what we should be eating more of and less of. We are aware that we need to manage stress better and know that we should be getting some daily exercise, yet for some reason we are not doing it. All too often we end up postponing the diet/exercise/mindfulness plan to ‘next week’. There's always something else to do, in fact the chances are you won't even read to the end of this page.
If however you really feel that it's time you made important changes that can change your life, then read on.

What is my approach?
As a Certified AAMET accredited Advanced EFT Practitioner and Certified Nutrition Counsellor with an additional certificate in plant-based nutrition, I combine my knowledge and expertise of these two fields to cover the nutritional, physical, emotional and spiritual areas of life, because I believe that true well-being is possible only when we look after each of these aspects. Healthy lifestyle choices, together with stress management can help you to:

This is not a ‘one size fits all’ program however, and I only take on clients who REALLY want to make changes. As your wellness coach I will work with you to help you set both long and short-term goals and provide you with some simple steps to reach them, building self-efficacy. You will create new health habits, which in the long run will become the foundation of your successful lifestyle changes.
Motivation is key when making lifestyle changes because without it we remain stuck and stagnant in our bad habits. Willpower does not last and we cannot rely on it for long-term change. This is why DIETS DO NOT WORK.
This is why I use EFT with my clients (if they wish), as in my opinion, it is by far the quickest and most successful way to clear sabotaging behaviours that might otherwise hinder or even block your success.
I believe that EFT can be the single-most important part of successful lifestyle coaching; whether it be for weight loss, food cravings or 'simply' the lack of motivation, when you are able to clear these problems, the road to success is finally open and the world literally opens up for you!
I want to make dietary changes, but what if I don’t want to stop eating meat or fish?
If you are here on the Lovingly Plant-based website, my guess is that you are curious about a plant-strong lifestyle and all the health benefits it has to offer. Nevertheless, some people may be unsure of just how plant-based they want to be and others may not want to stop eating animal products at all. Whilst I believe that a whole food, plant-based diet is the most beneficial to our health, you do not have to ‘give up’ any foods from a certain food group if you don't want to. The aim of wellness coaching is to work with you, not dictate to you. Together we will work towards ‘crowding out’ the ‘bad’ foods (junk food, processed and sugar-laden foods) and adding more nutrient-dense, plant-based ones, ultimately creating a health-promoting diet that fits you, because you are an individual and this is about YOU and YOUR success.
