These are not ‘one size fits all’ programs and the aim of wellness coaching is to work with you, not dictate to you. Together we will work towards ‘crowding out’ the ‘bad’ foods (junk food, processed and sugar-laden foods) and adding more nutrient-dense, plant-based ones, ultimately creating a health-promoting diet that fits you, because you are an individual and this is about YOU and YOUR success.
