Guilt & blame
Many people feel guilty about not being able to stick to a healthy lifestyle. It might be guilt towards themselves, to a spouse or partner, or even their children. With each step they take moving away from healthy habits, they blame themselves, quite mercilessly too I might add. We would never speak to another person with such cruel words and harsh tones, yet when it comes to doing it to ourselves we don’t think twice about it.
This is just adding extra stress and more emotional blocks on top of the ones we’ve already created.
