Mimi Kirk and Mia Kirk Whites's Banana Cacao Smoothie from their 'Raw-Vitalize' book inspired me for this one. I just added some spinach to her recipe. I love hiding greens in unexpected places, and you really can't taste the spinach here, not see it, so it's great for people with 'green phobia'!
Blend together until smooth and creamy:
½ banana
1-2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 small handful cashews
2 Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup water
1 cup spinach
Pour into two glasses and sprinkle some hemp hearts and cinnamon on top.
