New Rosacea Relief Program
FREE 6-week Pilot Group

Who is this for?

  • Do you suffer from rosacea?
  • Do you suffer from itchy, red flare-ups on your face?
  • Do you feel embarrassed and/or uncomfortable in your own skin?
  • ​Is your skin causing you emotional anguish?
This private, live, online tapping program is designed to help rosacea sufferers.

Why is it free?

It’s a new program I’ve been working on and I want to see how the format works. I would also like to document any relief that comes from these 6 weeks, as this will be beneficial for my research as an EFT Practitioner. 

This is a one-time opportunity. 
If the course is successful, I will be repeating it but the price will be €197.

Places are limited and I am only accepting people who are open to trying something new and are ready to commit to the program each week for 6 weeks.

​What is my rosacea story?

Rosacea is not fun. Actually that's an understatement; it can be an incredibly painful and frustrating skin problem. Whilst not life-threatening, it is something that can cause extreme anguish and hopelessness in those who suffer from it, especially when they are told that there is "not much you can do to treat it....it's chronic, it's autoimmune..."
But please read on.

Rosacea is a chronic skin disorder which can manifest in different ways.
There are 4 subtypes:
  • Subtype 1 (erythematotelangiectatic rosacea) - flushing and persistent redness, visible capillaries
  • Subtype 2 (papulopustular rosacea) - persistent redness with painful lumps and spots
  • Subtype 3 (phymatous rosacea) - skin thickening
  • Subtype 4 (ocular rosacea) - dry eye, tearing and burning, swollen eyelids, recurrent styes or chalazions
 and I suffered from all of them.
​

There can be many different triggers which set off a rosacea flare-up. Some of these might be:
  • getting over-heated during a workout or sun exposure
  • eating gluten
  • drinking alcohol
  • eating chocolate
  • eating/drinking a specific food/drink that you are sensitive to
  • using a heavy or greasy face cream
 
Then there are the possible links to:
  • demodex mites
  • leaky gut
  • SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) 

​Okay, so that’s the part that all rosacea sufferers already know, the part that is written on every single rosacea self-help page. It’s almost written in stone and it’s almost definitely engraved into your beliefs.

​Rosacea becomes part of you.
You and rosacea become one.
​And as with many dis-eases, it almost takes over your life.
Why am I so sure? ​

​Because I was a sufferer. I know exactly how it feels.

​​There were days when it hurt so much to wash my face (if you have rosacea, then you'll know what I'm talking about) and there were nights when I would wake up with that telltale 'crawling' feeling on my face (a sure sign that within days I'd get an outbreak).
I had no intention of showing these photos of myself, as they're not particularly flattering, but I think it's important to show them. These do not show my skin when it was at its worst, but I think you get the idea...

This was me a few years ago on a 'good day' but with a very painful rosacea nose. The other photos are from other 'relatively good days' since the bumps were small and not the usual pea-sized lumps I'd get.

All of this changed once I did two things:
  • I sorted out my gut
  • I used mindfulness and EFT Tapping (emotional freedom techniques) to remove the stress, beliefs, anguish and emotional pain that was contributing to, and possibly causing, the problem

Emotions play a HUGE role in rosacea

and this could be one of the reasons why it can be so difficult to find relief, as emotions are rarely, if ever, addressed or taken into consideration and even when they are, we can still find ourselves stuck with them. This is where EFT can help, as it addresses underlying emotions and stories and releases them. That's what helped me find relief.

And now I want to help other women do the same.

  • getting to the root of a problem without having to work on it for years
  • when time is limited and you need emotional first aid

It works

​EFT is evidence-based and used by millions of people world-wide. 
  •  It uses the same meridian system that has been used for thousands of years and is used in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
  • It calms down the amigdala, a part of the brain responsible for threats and fear.
  • Hundreds of studies have shown the efficacy of this technique.

Thoughts, beliefs & consequent emotions

Whilst rosacea may very well depend on many factors, our emotions contribute enormously. I really can't stress that enough. 

​EFT is an amazing tool for this work; the speed with which it can reduce stress, uncover old subconscious beliefs and programs and release them, together with the stagnant energy stuck in our energy system, is second to none.

Some feedback

New 6-week Rosacea Relief Program

​The goal of this 6-week program is to create a safe space in a group setting to help you reduce feelings of stress and mental anguish, gain clarity and uncover any limiting beliefs you might have about the rosacea, through techniques such as breath work, mindfulness and EFT Tapping.
​You don't need to be familiar with tapping to follow this program, as I will be guiding you through each step.
