1 cup curly kale 1 cup bok choy 1 peeled orange 1/4 peeled lemon (less if you prefer your smoothies to be less lemony😊) 1 inch piece ginger 4-5 cubes pineapple 1 small apple-banana or a small piece of regular banana 1.5 cups cold coconut water
Optional: Add 1 teaspoon of baobab powder and 1 teaspoon of rosehip powder for an extra boost of vitamin C & iron.
