Salads & Raw Food
Quick & easy
Cheezy Zucchini NoodlesThis is a fun and easy dish to prepare. If you haven’t got a spiralizer, you can use a vegetable peeler to make wider, fettuccini noodles. I like the bite that the Dijon mustard gives this sauce.

Veggie RollsI admit, give me a nori sheet, some avocado and veggies and I'm happy. But not everyone likes seaweed, and it's good to add more greens to your diet anyway, so a veggie roll is a fun way of bringing your raw veggies together. Moreover, they also look pretty impressive, with limited work!

Mimi's Street TacosThe combination of the pâté, sour cream and veggies, all on a crispy romaine lettuce leaf is just genius!
The pâté and sour cream is also ridiculously delicious as a double-dip for some raw veg or even to add to a plate of salad. |
Crunchy Kale ChipsDo you ever get the craving for something savoury, crispy and crunchy? Well if so, these chips are sure to hit that spot!
I love kale chips, but they’re so expensive to buy in the shops and in my opinion they don’t taste as good as homemade anyway, not by a long run! |
Veggie Nori RollsMaking Nori rolls is so much easier than many people think and there are no rules as to what you can use as a filling! You can use quinoa, millet, cauliflower rice, or pâtés in place of the usual sticky rice and experiment with different vegetables to find the ones that you like the best in the rolls.
