Who I am & what I do

​I’m Nicki Perkins, C.N.C., creator of Lovingly Plant-based. My passion is empowering women and inspiring them to get in touch with their authentic selves, while following a health-promoting lifestyle, built on new, healthy habits in the areas of emotional well-being, mindfulness and plant-based nutrition.
I've been studying wellness for many years now, experiencing first-hand the effects of a whole food plant-based lifestyle, energy techniques and mindfulness. I now share my knowledge in my bespoke programs with women who are searching for something that always seems to be just out of reach.
Whether it's about raising your vibrational frequency, weight loss, skincare, reaching your goals, or simply wanting to feel lighter mentally and physically, I'm here to help. That's what I do. That's what I love.

Plant-based Nutrition Wellness Coach

I’m a Certified Nutrition Counsellor and Health Coach, and have a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Foundation and eCornell. I focus on helping you add more nutrient-dense, whole plant-based foods to your plate, as that is where the magic lies, and all my recipes are plant-based. However, you don't have to 'give up' food groups to work with me. Your journey is about you and what is best for you. ​

Advanced EFT Practitioner

I am an EFT International (previously known as AAMET) Accredited Advanced EFT Practitioner (Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as ‘Tapping’) and use this amazing technique to help people reach their goals, raise their frequency, shed limiting beliefs and ultimately find peace and serenity. A healthy diet, whilst important, is limited without a healthy mind. Unfortunately, we often leave that aspect of life to one side, until we can no longer ignore the fact that something is wrong. 
Dr. Dean Ornish is a well known advocate for health-promoting lifestyle changes and uses stress management in all of his programs.
By using EFT and mindfulness, together we can reduce stress, unlock your potential and find your inner sparkle.

Well-being is also about looking and feeling our best. This isn't shallow, it's really quite normal to feel better in ourselves when our skin is glowing and we're having a 'good hair day'. Let's face it, we are talking about well-being here and every little bit helps!
