Who I am & what I do
I’m Nicki Perkins, C.N.C., creator of Lovingly Plant-based. My passion is empowering women and inspiring them to live a health-promoting lifestyle, built on new, healthy habits in the areas of emotional well-being, mindfulness and plant-based nutrition.
I've been studying wellness for many years now, focusing mainly on the aspects of food and emotional well-being. I've learnt a lot on my personal journey to feeling better and turning my life around, and I now share my knowledge in my bespoke programs with women who are searching for something that always seems to be just out of reach.
Whether it's about weight loss, skincare, wanting to feel less stressed out, wanting to finally reach your goals, or simply wanting to feel better about yourself, I'm here to help. That's what I do. That's what I love.
