I’m Nicki Perkins, C.N.C., creator of Lovingly Plant-based. My passion is empowering women and inspiring them to get in touch with their authentic selves, while following a health-promoting lifestyle, built on new, healthy habits in the areas of emotional well-being, mindfulness and plant-based nutrition.
I've been studying wellness for many years now, experiencing first-hand the effects of a whole food plant-based lifestyle, energy techniques and mindfulness. I now share my knowledge in my bespoke programs with women who are searching for something that always seems to be just out of reach.
Whether it's about raising your vibrational frequency, weight loss, skincare, reaching your goals, or simply wanting to feel lighter mentally and physically, I'm here to help. That's what I do. That's what I love.
