These crackers didn't turn out well the first time. They were OK, but nothing to write home about... But I sensed there was potential with the coconut flour, so I made more, until the Coconut & Apple Cracker recipe was born! I love it! Very light and crunchy, slightly sweet, they work well with all sort of dishes! I had some today with a curried soup. :)
Once you have mixed the ingredients together with a spoon, use your hands and form a ball with the mixture, kneading it a little.
Knead into a flat ball of dough
Cover with a sheet of parchment paper or baking paper & roll it out
Now place it on a dehydrator sheet and roll it out. It needs to be fairly thin, otherwise you run the risk of the crackers becoming 'cardboardy'. Score with a pizza or pastry cutter.

After a couple of hours they're ready to turn over
Dehydrate at 115°F. After about 2 hours turn the crackers over, carefully peel away the dehydrating sheet and continue to dehydrate until completely dry and crunchy.
Turn the sheet over & carefully peel off the dehydrator sheet
Crunchy crackers!
